Division of Finance-Planning; Division of Facilities Management; Faculty of Electronics and Communications; Faculty of Multimedia Communications; and Center for Software Development.

– Assists the Rector to lead and direct the testing and education quality assurance, scientific research and technology transfer, international cooperation, institutes – university cooperation activities.
– Directly directs the following units: Division of Science – Technology and International Cooperation; Division of Testing and Education Quality Assurance; Center for Informatics, Foreign Languages and Training on Demand; and Faculty of Basic Sciences
– Directly directs the coordination activities with Trade Union, Veterans Association.
– Performs other tasks assigned by the Rector.
Dr. Do Dinh Cuong – Vice Rector

– Assists the Rector to lead and direct the academic affairs, university-enterprise cooperation, communication, political thought education, students’ affairs, culture and sport, security, internal security.
– Directly directs the following units: Division of Academic Affairs; Division of Students’ Affairs; Center for Communication, Admission and Student Supports; Faculty of Economic Information Systems; Faculty of Information Technology.
– Directly directs coordination with the Youth Union, the Student Union.
– Performs other tasks assigned by the Rector.
