1. Vision

University of Information and Communication Technology (ICTU) aims to become a leading applied and multidisciplinary digital platform-based university in Vietnam education system.

2. Mission

ICTU trains human resources at undergraduate and graduate levels; organizes short fostering courses; carries out the scientific research and technology transfer to meet the needs of labour markets and suits the National Strategy on Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the National Digital Transformation Programme to serve the economic – cultural – social development of the country.
