Division of Planning – Finance

1. History of formation and development

Division of Planning – Finance (formerly it was Planning and Finance section under the General Division, now renamed Division of Administrative Affairs and Personnel Organization) was established on October 13, 2011 under Decision No. 1161/QD-DHTN of the President of Thai Nguyen University.

2. Functions and tasks

Advising and assisting the Rector in performing the planning, accounting, statistics, financial and property management of the university in accordance with the State’s regulations.

3. Structure and staff

The Division has 07 staff, of which there are 01 head, 01 deputy head, one chief accountant and 03 accountants.

Since its establishment up to now, the staff has always united, successfully completed the assigned tasks, continuously won the title of advanced labor collective or higher. For many years, the university’s rector has awarded the certificate of merit for having achieved and successfully completed the tasks of the academic years.
