This activity marks a new step in strengthening University–Business connections, with the aim of enhancing practice-oriented education while expanding internship, career experience, and employment opportunities for students.

Connecting with a Company within the Huaqin Technology Group
RQ Technology Electronics Vietnam is a company within the Huaqin Technology Group, a Chinese technology group engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of smart products.

Huaqin has developed a diverse product ecosystem, focusing on smartphones, laptops, smart devices, AIoT, data center products, and automotive electronics. The group has established a global research and manufacturing network, with Vietnam serving as one of its overseas manufacturing bases. Establishing a partnership with RQ Technology Electronics Vietnam helps expand the network of businesses working with ICTU, particularly in fields that align with the University’s training strengths.
Bringing Real-World Business Experience Closer to ICTU Students
Based on the discussions, ICTU and RQ Technology Electronics Vietnam agreed to work toward a strategic, sustainable, and practical partnership, with an emphasis on connecting theoretical knowledge with professional practice.

One of the key areas of cooperation is the joint supervision of students participating in real-world projects in electronics, automation, engineering technology, information technology, and logistics, including activities involving the use of Chinese in the workplace.
The two parties will also collaborate on short-term internship programs and exchange activities for lecturers and students, enabling learners to gain exposure to business environments, understand actual work processes, and gradually accumulate professional experience during their studies.
In addition to technical and technological fields, the agreement also extends to international communications, corporate social media content management, public relations, and external communications. Students will have opportunities to participate in producing bilingual Vietnamese–Chinese communication content for businesses, thereby developing both foreign language proficiency and professional skills.
Strengthening Career Guidance and Expanding Employment Opportunities after Graduation
Beyond providing additional internship placements, the cooperation between ICTU and RQ Technology Electronics Vietnam also aims to incorporate career orientation and practical business experience into the University’s training activities.
The two parties will coordinate career guidance programs, skills training, professional exchange activities, and recruitment connections. RQ Technology Electronics Vietnam will facilitate the participation of ICTU students in internship programs and work with the University to manage, supervise, and evaluate their internship experience.

Through these activities, students will have more opportunities to understand the actual requirements of the labor market, define their career paths, and develop the knowledge and skills needed before graduation. They will also be better positioned to access suitable recruitment and employment opportunities after completing their studies.
Expanding Academic Cooperation and Technology Transfer between Vietnam and China
In addition to activities directly benefiting students, ICTU and RQ Technology Electronics Vietnam also aim to promote academic exchanges, lecturer training, and technology transfer between Vietnam and China. These efforts are expected to contribute to improving training quality and strengthening connections between the University and the practical development needs of technology businesses.
The Agreement also establishes a foundation for the two parties to further explore and implement specific cooperation programs in the coming period, building on their respective strengths and resources.

The signing of the agreement with RQ Technology Electronics Vietnam further demonstrates ICTU’s commitment to strengthening University–Business partnerships and aligning education with the actual needs of the labor market. Each business partnership creates another opportunity for ICTU students to gain earlier exposure to their future careers, learn from real-world challenges, accumulate experience while still at university, and expand their employment prospects after graduation.
