Center for Communication, Admission and Student Support
1. History of formation and development
Center for Communication, Admission and Student Support (formerly the Center for Admissions and Career Skills Development) was established under Decision No. 179/QD-DHCNTT&TT dated March 20, 2018 and restructured organisational structure from January 25, 2021.
2. Functions and tasks:
The Center has 03 main tasks: Communication, enrollment promotion and student counseling and support.
3. Staff
The Center has 02 specialised sections: Admission; Communication & Student Services.
A total of 07 staff, in which there is 01 director, 02 deputy directors. The staff have innovative thinking, the task of managing learners is changed to the task of “advising and supporting” learners; student-centered philosophy, the counseling and support section has promptly supported many students to solve problems in the learning process; communication methods in the era of technologies, questions and concerns are promptly answered through Student Support channels.
During the 21-year career of building and developing the university, the Center has contributed to increasing the admission scale and the quality of incoming students; promoting and enhancing the brand and reputation of the university for high school pupils, students, trainees, families and society; and at the same time improving the effectiveness of counseling and support in ICTU.
