The signing ceremony of the 3-party cooperation opens up international job opportunities for ICTU students

On the afternoon of August 5, 2024, at University of Information and Communications Technology (ICTU), the signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding on the 3-party cooperation took place between ICTU, NiX Education, and With Us (Japan). This was an important event marking the strategic cooperation between ICTU and businesses, aiming to bring international study and job opportunities to ICTU students, especially in Japan.

Attending the Ceremony on behalf of NiX Education, there was Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia – General Director; on behalf of With Us, there was Mr. Ikoma Tomio – General Director, and representatives from the two companies. On behalf of ICTU, Dr. Do Dinh Cuong, Vice Rector, and representatives of relevant institutes and departments were present.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Dr. Do Dinh Cuong said, “In recent years, in order to meet the increasing demand for human resources of society, ICTU has always focused on and expanded cooperation with domestic and foreign enterprises. The tripartite cooperation between ICTU, NiX Education, and With Us will open up good development opportunities for both ICTU and the enterprises”.

Sharing at the signing ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Trong Nghia – General Director of NiX Education, highly appreciated the cooperation between the three parties. He was very impressed with ICTU’s facilities and training quality. Therefore, it has been shown that the ability of ICTU students completely meets the requirements of human resources from foreign companies such as China, Japan, Korea, etc.

With Us representative, Mr. Tomio Ikoma – General Director, said, “Withus was established in 1967 and has been operating in the education sector for more than 48 years with online training. Currently, With Us has 250 schools everywhere, training at many levels with more than 30,000 students, of which With Us has five schools specializing in the Japanese language. Through research and exchange, With Us wishes to cooperate with ICTU and NiX Education to enhance Japanese language training for students in the field of information technology to promote cooperation in high-quality human resources in this potential field.”

In the spirit of volunteering for the common development of the university and the enterprises, the three parties agreed to cooperate in training human resources with the following specific contents:

• Coordinating the implementation of teaching Japanese language courses and organizing academic exchanges between Japanese enterprises with ICTU, NIX Education, and With Us.
• Coordinating the implementation of cooperation programs and exchange events between international students studying at Japanese language schools operated by With Us and ICTU students.

The Memorandum of Understanding between ICTU, NIX Education, and With Us not only marks an important step forward in the cooperative relationship between the university and businesses but also opens up many new opportunities for ICTU students to improve their capacity, developing their careers, and accessing the international labor market.
