ICTU organized a series of direct dialogues with students
In order to grasp and promptly resolve difficulties and questions as well as listen to the thoughts and aspirations of students, from April 26 to May 13, 2024, ICTU has held four direct dialogues with more than 1,500 students representing courses, classes, and majors of the specialized faculties, including Faculty of Information Technology, Faculty of Arts and Communication, Faculty of Economics and Administration and Faculty of Engineering and Technology.

Direct dialogues with students were opportunities for the university to listen to students’ opinions and suggestions, thereby contributing to promptly answering questions and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of learners to create a happy and worthy learning environment for all ICTU students.
An overview of the dialogue
At the dialogues, the students frankly presented the problems they have been encountering in the process of studying and living at the universities, such as the quality of training, facilities for learning, movement activities, part-time jobs and internships, scholarships, and security on campus. Students also made recommendations and suggestions to improve the quality of training and activities to serve the students.

ICTU leadership has listened and fully recorded all students’ opinions. The issues raised by students will be researched and considered to be resolved promptly with practical solutions. In addition, ICTU leadership also analyzed and clearly explained the university’s policies and regulations so that students could better understand.
