February witnessed impressive activities at Information and Communication Technology University (ICTU) with a series of educational events and initiatives promoting international collaboration. The “Fire up – IIT” event and the meeting between ICTU and Kyungpook National University (KNU, South Korea) not only ignited the passion for learning but also reaffirmed the university’s strategy to enhance international partnerships.

On February 23, 2025, the “Fire up – IIT” event, organized by the Institute of International Training (IIT), attracted a large number of students. More than just an entertainment venue, the program provided students with opportunities to showcase their talents, contributing to strengthening the ICTU student community. Colorful musical performances, ranging from lively songs to graceful dances, created an exciting, joyful, and cohesive atmosphere.

Lively group games offered students moments of relaxation and exhilaration. These activities served as opportunities for students to develop teamwork skills, enhance team spirit, and foster unity.

ICTU promotes international cooperation, opening up new opportunities

ICTU engaged in discussions with experts from Kyungpook National University, South Korea.

Continuing to affirm the university’s strategy of enhancing international cooperation, on February 24, 2025, ICTU held a working session with experts from Kyungpook National University (KNU, South Korea). The two sides discussed the twinning training program in International Software Engineering, particularly emphasizing opportunities for IIT students to study an additional year to receive a Master’s degree at KNU. This significant advancement opens up learning and research opportunities at one of South Korea’s leading universities for ICTU students.

The collaboration between ICTU and KNU is expected to provide students with access to advanced education, enhance professional competencies, and guide career orientation in an international environment.
