With the slogan “Let’s light up the fire in every eye!” he advised ICTU students to aspire and strive to build a digital Thai Nguyen, a green Thai Nguyen, and a happy Thai Nguyen to realize the dream of a programming generation, combining programming thinking with the thinking of creating typical products of Thai Nguyen.

Mr. Dung conveyed to the students the following messages: Awaken the giant within each of us; grow up from small things; go to University, but the important thing is self-study; form a reading habit; practice martial spirit; value the importance of frugality and silence; put filial piety in the first position; use the five pillars of life. Mr. Dung and the experts also spent time in dialogue and answered many questions from the students.

On this occasion, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Provincial People’s Committee to the University and two individuals with outstanding achievements in contributing to the province’s digital transformation program and activities celebrating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.
